摘　　要：当前整车市场竞争的加剧,对主机厂的市场响应速度、降低单车制造成本提出更高的要求,该文提出将整个工厂变为一个整体、整合多个系统的平台,通过解决信息孤岛,充分利用大数据技术整合生产、物流、能源和质量数据及应用,实现汽车制造业的智能控制管理、订单快速响应和降低成本的目标。At present,the intensification of competition in the whole vehicle market puts forward higher requirements for the market response speed of the main engine factory and the reduction of bicycle manufacturing cost.This paper proposes to turn the whole factory into a whole,integrate multiple systems by solving the information isolated island,and make full use of big data technology to integrate production,logistics,energy and quality data and application,so as to achieve the goal of intelligent control and management,rapid order response and cost reduction in the automobile manufacturing industry.
