摘 要:在某型发动机核心机试验中,出现起动喷火、点火时间波动、点火时间过长等现象。该文通过对该型核心机起动点火时的影响因素进行分析,找出影响该次试验的关键因素是分配器后的燃油管路填充速度偏慢,点火时燃油喷嘴进口压力偏低,喷嘴在低压差情况下燃油雾化效果差,导致不能在第一时间点着火。结合试验数据与发动机实际附件特性,提出该型核心机的起动点火优化方案,增大起动点火前初始供油流量,延后开始供油与点火时间后,达到优化点火电嘴的工作环境,加快点火速度,减少点火前的燃油泄漏的目的。试验结果表明,优化方案可解决该型核心机在地面台架试验时的起动点火问题。It is find that,in an aircraft core-engine experiment,the starting ignition time was too long and the flaming can be seen out the engine's nozzle.By the analysis on the influence of this core-engine,the reason of the phenomenon has been found.While the pressure ahead of the fuel nozzle is low,the pulverization of fuel is unacceptable,and the ignition time will be delayed.Combining the engine's fuel accessory capacity with the experimental data,the optimization scheme of starting-up fuel-supplying law was proposed in this paper.This optimization scheme enlarged the quantity of fuel at the beginning of the stating,and delayed the timing of fuel-supply and ignition to optimize the work environment of the ignition nozzle and accelerate the speed of ignition.The final experiment shows that the optimization scheme has handled the problem on starting performance of this aircraft core-engine.
