资源拼凑对返乡入乡人员农业绿色创业的影响研究

摘　　要：利用四川省424名返乡入乡农业绿色创业者的调研数据,使用OLS模型实证分析资源拼凑对返乡入乡人员农业绿色创业的影响。结果表明:资源拼凑对返乡入乡人员农业绿色创业具有显著促进作用,相对于网络拼凑、客户拼凑和制度拼凑,技能拼凑的影响更为显著,这一结果在经过更换被解释变量和调整计量方法后依然保持稳健;异质性分析发现,资源拼凑对市场导向创业组的影响效应更为明显,相对于中长期务工经历创业组,资源拼凑对短期务工经历创业组群农业绿色创业行为的促进作用更为突出;机制分析发现,资源拼凑通过拓宽生产端农业生产经营范围、拓展市场端销售渠道促进返乡入乡人员农业绿色创业行为。据此,建议因人而异、分类推进,有针对性地增强创业者资源拼凑能力,提高资源转化和利用效率进而提升农业绿色创业成功率。Using the survey data of 424 agricultural green entrepreneurs returning to their hometowns in Sichuan province,the OLS model was used to empirically analyze the impact of resource bricolage on returnees’agricultural green entrepreneurship.The results show that resource bricolage has a significant effect on returnees’agricultural green entrepreneurship,among which the impact of skill bricolage is more significant than that of network bricolage,customer bricolage,and institutional bricolage,which remains robust after the explanatory variables were replaced and the measurement method adjusted.Heterogeneity analysis found that the impact of resource bricolage on the market-oriented entrepreneurship group is more obvious,and compared with the medium and long term migrant experience entrepreneurship group,the promotion effect of resource bricolage on the agricultural green entrepreneurship behavior of the short-term migrant experience entrepreneurial group is more prominent.Mechanism analysis shows that resource bricolage promotes agricultural green entrepreneurship by expanding the scope of agricultural production and operation at the production end and expanding sales channels at the market end.Thus,it can be seen that improving entrepreneurs’resource bricolage ability can help break resource constraints,improve the success rate of agricultural green entrepreneurship,and promote the green development of agriculture in a general sense.
