摘  要:采用双金属复合管被认为是解决高腐蚀性油气田地面集输管线腐蚀问题的一种相对安全的办法,但目前国内应用过程中存在管道失效及检测难等问题。金属磁记忆检测技术应用于检测埋地双金属复合管,并通过对磁异常危险等级较高位置进行开挖验证,配合测厚和磁饱和-脉冲涡流等无损检测技术,取得了良好的应用效果。检测结果明确了金属磁记忆检测技术在一定程度上可以满足埋地双金属复合管的应力集中程度检测需求,有一定的推广价值。Using bimetallic composite pipelines is considered as a relatively safe way to solve the corrosion problem of highly corrosive oil and gas field surface gathering and transmission pipelines.But there are problems such as pipeline failure and detection difficulty in the current domestic application process.Metal magnetic memory testing technology is applied to detect buried bimetallic composite pipelines.It has been verified by excavation at locations with high risk level of magnetic anomaly,and has achieved good application results in combination with thickness measurement,magnetic saturation-pulse eddy current,and other nondestructive testing technologies.It is clear that the metal magnetic memory testing technology can meet the requirements of testing the stress concentration degree of buried bimetallic composite pipelines to a certain extent,and has certain promotion value.
