摘  要:介绍了涡流探伤技术的原理以及应用涡流探伤技术检测AgMeO线材外观时探伤仪器、探头、拉丝速度等参数的选择,对比了线材表面标准样和不同缺陷样的测试情况,评估了小批量AgMeO材料拉丝过程进行在线外观检测的可能性。The basic principles of defect detection with eddy current were stated.The selection of defect detection instrument,probe and the setting of parameters such as wire drawing speed for using this inspection technology to check the appearance of AgMeO wire online were introduced.The testing results of various defective wire samples were compared with that of the standard wire sample.The possibility of online inspection of the wire appearance for small batch of AgMeO material during wire drawing process was evaluated.
