摘　　要：层叠式丝束烘干机适用于高强高模PVA、芳纶1313、芳纶1414等高性能纤维丝束的生产,通过去除水洗后丝束中的水分,使丝束的含水率达到后续牵伸工艺的要求。邵阳纺织机械有限公司研发的层叠式丝束烘干机特别设置的内、外两个热风循环回路能够大大降低烘干丝束时的能量消耗,使丝束烘干时受热均匀,有效提高了纤维品质和产量。The stacked tow dryer is suitable for processing high-performance fibers such as high-strength,high-modulus PVA,aramid 1313,and aramid 1414.It removes moisture from the tow after washing,ensuring that the water content meets the requirements for subsequent drawing processes.The stacked tow dryer developed by Shaoyang Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd.features an internal and external hot air circulation system that significantly reduces energy consumption during tow drying.This system ensures uniform heating of the tow,effectively enhancing fiber quality and yield.
