摘 要:本文以三聚氰胺为原料,采用热分解法制备了g-C_(3)N_(4)(CN)蓝色荧光粉,采用水热法制备了KLa_(0.5)Eu_(0.5)F_(4)(KLEF)稀土掺杂氟化物,通过沉淀吸附反应制备了复合光催化剂KLa_(0.5)Eu_(0.5)F_(4)@g-C_(3)N_(4)(KLEF-CN)。用X射线衍射、红外光谱、荧光光致发射光谱、紫外光漫反射等手段对催化剂进行了表征。以土霉素为目标降解物,在紫外光照射下,研究了复合光催化剂的催化性能。结果表明,KLEF和KLEF-CN的XRD衍射峰,与KLaF_(4)标准卡PDF#11-0112的衍射峰基本匹配,为面心立方晶系结构。KLEF-CN的红外光谱中出现了KLEF和g-C_(3)N_(4)的特征吸收峰,说明g-C_(3)N_(4)已掺入KLEF的晶格中。掺杂不同质量的g-C_(3)N_(4)之后,复合光催化剂在400~500 nm的光致发光,随着g-C_(3)N_(4)掺杂量的增加而增强,KLEF-CN的带隙随着g-C_(3)N_(4)掺杂量的增加而减小。g-C_(3)N_(4)的掺杂量为0.6%时,复合光催化剂具有很好的催化活性,在紫外光照射下,60min内对土霉素的降解率达到93.38%。In this paper,g-C_(3)N_(4)(CN)blue phosphor was prepared by thermal decomposition method applied melamine as raw material.Rare earth doped fluorides KLa_(0.5)Eu_(0.5)F_(4)(KLEF)was synthesized by hydrothermal method,and composite photocatalyst KLa_(0.5)Eu_(0.5)F_(4)@g-C_(3)N_(4)(KLEF-CN)was prepared by precipitation adsorption reaction.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction,infrared spectrum,fluorescence photoemission spectrum and UV diffuse reflection.Applied oxytetracycline as degradation target,the catalytic performance of composite photocatalyst was studied under ultraviolet irradiation.The results showed that the XRD peaks of KLEF and KLEF-CN were basically consistent with those of KLaF_(4) standard card PDF#11-0112,and the structure was face-centered cubic crystal system.The infrared spectra of KLEF-CN showed the characteristic absorption peaks of KLEF and g-C_(3)N_(4),indicated that g-C_(3)N_(4) was incorporated into the lattice of KLEF.The photoluminescence of the composite photocatalyst at 400~500 nm was enhanced with the increase of the doping amount of g-C_(3)N_(4).The band gap of KLEF-CN decreased with the increase of g-C_(3)N_(4) doping.When the doped content of g-C_(3)N_(4) was 0.6%,the composite photocatalyst had good catalytic activity,and the degradation rate of oxytetracycline reached 93.38%in 60min under ultraviolet irradiation.
