摘 要:干塔压降、湿塔压降、液泛气速是评价臭氧催化氧化反应器性能的重要指标,直接影响反应性能和综合能耗。本文将一种结构导向波纹片放置于散堆填料中,构建了A、B、C型规整填料,研究了波纹片数量对臭氧催化氧化反应器的流体力学和传质性能的影响。使用计算流体力学(CFD)软件的多孔介质模型,计算了臭氧催化氧化反应器中填料的干塔压降及臭氧的气含率分布。结果表明,在散堆填料中放置波纹片后,平均干塔压降降低了30%左右。在相同的气相动能因子(F)下,4种填料的干塔压降从高到低顺序为:散堆填料>A>C>B。在喷淋密度L=26.09 m^(3)·(m^(2)·h)^(-1)时,相比散堆填料,B型填料的湿塔压降平均降低了约14.73%。干塔压降值的计算结果与实验结果有良好的一致性,臭氧的气含率分布更均匀。Dry tower pressure drop,wet tower pressure drop,and liquid flooding gas velocity were important indicators of the merit of ozone catalytic oxidation reactors,which directly affected the reaction performance and comprehensive energy consumption.In this paper,we constructed A,B,and C-type regular packing by a structure-oriented corrugated sheet placed in bulk packing,and investigated the effect of the number of corrugated sheets on the hydrodynamic and mass transfer performance of ozone catalytic oxidation reactor.In addition,the dry tower pressure drop of the packing in the ozone catalytic oxidation reactor and the gas content distribution of ozone were calculated in this study using a porous medium model with computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software.The results showed that the average dry tower pressure drop was reduced by about 30%after placing corrugated sheets in the bulk packing;under the same gas-phase kinetic energy factor(F),the dry tower pressure drops of the four types of packings were ranked in descending order as followed:bulk packing>A>C>B.The wet tower pressure drop of the B-type packing was reduced by about 14.73%on average compared with that of the bulk packing at the spray density of L=26.09 m^(3)/m^(2)·h.The calculated dry tower pressure drop values were in good agreement with the experimental results pressure drop values,and the gas content of ozone was more uniformly distributed.
