中医耳穴压豆在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者中的护理效果及对疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医耳穴压豆在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者中的护理效果及对疼痛的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2022年3月本院接受治疗的130例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为实验组(n=65)以及参考组(n=65);参考组给予常规疼痛护理干预,实验组给予中医耳穴压豆干预;比较两组患者临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及护理前后疼痛(VAS)评分。结果:实验组治疗有效率明显高于参考组(P<0.05);实验组溃疡、斑块以及坏疽消失时间低于参考组(P<0.01);护理后,两组VAS评分较护理前明显降低,且实验组显著低于参考组(P<0.01);两组ADL评分明显提高,且实验组大于参考组(P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症护理中的应用效果良好,能有效改善患者临床症状,降低疼痛,提高其日常生活能力,推广价值高。Objective:To explore the nursing effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)ear acupoint pressing on patients with lower extremity arterial sclerosis obliteration and its impact on pain.Methods:A total of 130 patients with lower extremity arterial sclerosis obliteration treated in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Using a random number table method,patients were divided into an experimental group(n=65)and a reference group(n=65).The reference group received routine pain nursing interventions,while the experimental group received TCM ear acupoint pressing.Clinical efficacy,clinical symptom disappearance time,and pain(VAS)scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment efficacy rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of ulcers,plaques,and gangrene in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.01);after nursing,VAS scores in both groups significantly decreased compared to those before nursing,with the experimental group being significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.01);ADL scores in both groups significantly improved,with the experimental group exceeding the reference group(P<0.01);and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of ear acupoint pressing in the nursing of lower extremity arterial sclerosis obliteration is effective,can effectively improve patients'clinical symptoms,reduce pain,and enhance their ability to carry out daily activities,thus having high promotion value.
