摘　　要：本文以中国石油勘探开发研究院西北分院盆地实验研究中心为例,以基层支部为切入点,围绕如何让科研人员远离喧嚣的城市生活,扎根国内生活环境最艰苦、地质条件最复杂的盆地,敢于坐冷板凳、啃硬骨头,切实把论文写在田野大地上,提出了基于党建目标管理、“三基本”建设与“三基”工作融合等为抓手的“1定+3做”的思想政治工作探索,并在实施中取得良好的效果,具有重要的示范和参考意义。Taking the Basin Experimental Research Center of the Northwest Branch of the Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development of China as an example,and regarding the grass-roots Party branches as the starting point,this paper focuses on how to let researchers stay away from the noisy city life,take root in the basin with the toughest living environment and the most complex geological conditions in China,as tenacious as“daring to sit on the cold bench and chew hard bones”,and write the research paper practically on the field.This paper puts forward the exploration of“1 set+3 dos”ideological and political work based on the target management of Party building and the integration of the“three basics”construction and the“three basics”work,which has achieved good results in the implementation,and has important demonstration and reference significance.
