摘　　要：通过科研创新平台,瞄准国际油气勘探开发与新能源理论技术前沿,整合大学、科研院所、企业研究院优质资源,集聚国内外高水平科学家、青年拔尖人才,探索产学研协同管理创新机制建设,通过不断减轻科研人员负担、释放科研活力、提高科研效率,保障项目运行顺利、阶段成果突出、人才成长迅速,推动科研成果及时在油气勘探实践中应用,为国家和中国石化科技体制机制改革提供实践经验。This paper explores the construction of industry-university-research collaborative management innovation mechanism,through the scientific research and innovation platform,aiming at the international oil and gas exploration and development and new energy theory and technology frontier,integrating the high-quality resources of universities,research institutes and enterprise research institutes,gathering high-level scientists and young top talents at home and abroad.It promotes the timely application of scientific research results in oil and gas exploration practice,and provide practical experience for the reform of the scientific and technological system and mechanism of the state and SINOPEC group,by continuously reducing the burden of researchers,releasing the vitality of scientific research and improving the efficiency of scientific research.Ensure the smooth operation of the project,outstanding stage results,rapid growth of talents.
