摘 要:[目的]在目前列车辅助供电系统主流的交叉供电方式及扩展供电方式下,某台SIV(辅助逆变器)发生故障时,将对列车上用电设备的正常运行造成一定程度的影响。并网供电方式作为新兴的控制技术,具有其优越性,应对并网供电控制技术进行深入研究。[方法]以上海轨道交通8号线为例,针对该线第三批次购入列车辅助供电系统响应速度慢、可靠性不高等问题,在第四批次新购入列车的设计上提出了基于TCMS(列车控制与管理系统)控制的双母线并网供电方案。即:在中间车布置4个TLK(并联接触器),将4段单独的中压母线贯通在一起。介绍了该方案下列车辅助供电系统的中压母线结构,分析了SIV内部启动阶段和并网启动阶段的动作时序,阐述了并网供电控制逻辑、SIV启动逻辑和故障保护逻辑。[结果及结论]所提方案的并网时间大为缩短(最短可达2.5 s)。双母线多TLK的中压母线拓扑避免了母线短路导致的系统功能整体失效,提高了列车辅助供电系统的可靠性。基于TCMS控制的并网供电技术有望成为今后城市轨道交通列车辅助供电技术的发展方向。[Objective]In the current mainstream of train auxiliary power supply systems,such as cross-supply method and extended supply method,the failure of a single SIV(auxiliary inverter)can impact the normal operation of electrical equipment on the train.As an emerging control technology,the grid-connected power supply has its advantages and requires in-depth research into its control technology.[Method]Taking Shanghai Rail Transit Line 8 as example,issues related to slow response and low reliability in the auxiliary power supply system for the third batch of purchased train are addressed.For the design of the fourth batch of purchased trains,a dual-bus grid-connected power supply scheme based on TCMS(train control and management system)control is proposed.Specifically,four TLKs(grid-connected contactors)are arranged in the middle car to link four independent medium-voltage buses together.The medium-voltage bus structure of the auxiliary power supply system under this scheme is introduced,the action sequence during the internal start-up stages and grid-connected start-up stages of SIV are analyzed,and the logics of grid-connected power supply control,SIV start-up and fault protection are expounded.[Result&Conclusion]The time required for grid-connected power supply in the proposed scheme is significantly reduced(minimum of 2.5 seconds).The medium-voltage bus topology with dual-bus and multiple TLKs avoids system functionality overall failure due to bus short-circuits,improving the reliability of train auxiliary power supply system.The grid-connected power supply technology based on TCMS control is expected to be a development direction of auxiliary power supply technology for urban rail transit trains in the future.
