摘  要:某发动机在试验过程中出现缸盖与凸轮轴盖结合面渗油问题,本文通过对故障发动机进行拆解分析,识别了密封失效的原因是密封胶的延伸率及剪切强度不足。结合对不同胶的密封机理研究,本文选用更高延伸率及剪切强度的密封胶,同时在零件密封面加工出网纹结构增加储胶量提升胶线附着力,对策实施后,结合面密封效果改善明显,800h台架耐久试验未出现渗油。Oil seepage problem occurs on the combined surface of cylinder head and camshaft cover during the test of a certain engine.This paper analyzes the faulty engine by disassembling and identifies the reason of sealing failure as the insufficient elongation and shear strength of the sealant.Combined with the sealing mechanism of different adhesive research,this paper selects a higher elongation and shear strength of the sealant,and at the same time in the sealing surface of the parts processed out of the mesh structure to increase the amount of adhesive storage to enhance the adhesive line adhesion,countermeasures to improve the sealing effect of the bonding surface after the implementation of the obvious improvement of the 800h durability test did not appear oil seepage.
