摘 要:侧门玻璃关窗到顶瞬间的异响是被市场长期诟病的问题。在汽车技术高速发展的今天,针对此问题仍然是没有形成较好的设计方案,因此开发一个可以有效解决侧门玻璃关窗到顶瞬间异响的方案至关重要。文章从某车型开发过程中的几种设计方案之间的对比分析入手,展示针对侧门玻璃关窗到顶瞬间的异响系统设计过程中需要考虑的几大因素,并且重点讲解调速电机方案的设计点,为后续的侧门玻璃关窗到顶瞬间的异响优化提供借鉴与帮助。需要说明的是,调速电机可以实现的设计方案远不止文中展示方案,鉴于篇幅及能力所限,不足之处敬请斧正。The abnormal sound of the side door glass closing the window to the top is a problem that has been criticized by the market for a long time.In today's rapid development of automotive technology,there is still no good design scheme for this problem,so it is very important to develop a scheme that can effectively solve the abnormal noise of the side door glass closing window to the top.This paper starts from the comparative analysis between several design schemes in the development process of a certain model,shows several factors that need to be considered in the design process of the squeak system from the moment the side door glass closes the window to the top,and focuses on the design points of the speed regulating motor scheme,so as to provide reference and help for the subsequent optimization of the squeak and noise from the moment the side door glass closes the window to the top.It should be noted that the design scheme that can be realized by the speed regulating motor is far more than the scheme shown in the article,in view of the limited space and capacity,please correct the shortcomings.
