摘 要:本项目为跨既有地铁隧道的高层建筑,通过对基坑及转换基础进行精细化的设计与分析,保证地铁隧道和高层建筑的安全。采用考虑桩、土、上部结构相互作用的m法建立整体模型,对不同的m值结果进行对比,得出桩和转换梁的合理内力进行设计;运用Midas/GTS软件分析基坑开挖和主体结构施工对跨下地铁隧道的影响,对比基坑底采用格构式加固和满堂式加固对地铁隧道隆起的影响,同时运用Midas/GTS软件对桩和转换梁进行有限元实体分析。研究表明,当m值较大时,对桩更为不利;当m值较小时,对转换梁更为不利;地层加固形式和开挖顺序对隧道的变形有一定影响,本项目格构式加固有效减少隧道隆起且经济性较优;整体模型有限元实体分析的结果与m法计算结果有一定可比性。This project involves the construction of a high-rise building that spans an existing subway tunnel.Through detailed design and analysis of the foundation pit and transition foundation,the safety of both the sub-way tunnels and the high-rise building is ensured.An integrated model is established using the m method,con-sidering the interaction between piles,soil and superstructures.By comparing results with different m values,reasonable internal forces for piles and transfer beams are derived.Midas/GTS software is utilized to analyze the impact of foundation pit excavation and superstructure construction on the subway tunnels underneath.The effects of grid-reinforcement and full-reinforcement at the foundation pit s base on the uplift of subway tunnel are compared.Additionally,finite element analysis of piles and transfer beams is conducted using Midas/GTS soft-ware.The research indicates that the larger m-value unfavorably affect piles,while smaller m-value of impact transfer beams.The ground reinforcement method and excavation sequence have impacts on the tunnel deformation;the grid-reinforcement used in this project proves effective in reducing tunnel heave and offers economic advantages.The finite element analysis results of the overall model align well with the m method calculation re-sults.
