摘 要:黄胸鼠Rattus tanezumi是中国南部常见的鼠疫传染源和农业害兽。为了解不同环境因素对黄胸鼠肥满度的影响及其个体差异程度,本研究对2009年8月—2010年5月在云南省瑞丽市捕获的819只黄胸鼠肥满度进行了分析。结果表明,黄胸鼠肥满度具有明显的偏雄性二态现象:雄性的肥满度明显高于雌性;且在不同景观、不同生境、不同季节均有显著差异。在调查的10个月内,黄胸鼠的肥满度存在明显波动,其中雄性肥满度呈现出“三峰”:最高值(第一峰)出现在10月、第二高峰值出现在次年1月、第三高峰值在次年5月;雌性肥满度呈现为“双峰”:最高值(第一峰)出现在10月、第二高峰值在次年4月。这些结果提示应在1月、4月、5月、10月、12月等月份加强对黄胸鼠的防范。Rattus tanezumi is a common source of plague infection and agricultural pest in southern China.In order to understand the effect of different environmental factors on relative fatness and individual differences of R.tanezumi,the relative fatness of a total of 819 individuals captured from August 2,009 to May 2,010 in Ruili City,Yunnan Province were analyzed.The results showed that there was a significant male-biased dimorphism in the relative fatness of R.tanezumi,the relative fatness of males R.tanezumi was significantly higher than that of females,and which were significant differences between different landscapes,different habitats,and different seasons.Within 10 months of the survey,the relative fatness fluctuated obviously,in which the fatness of males showed‘three peaks’,the highest value(the first peak)appeared in October,the second peak appeared in January of the following year,and the third peak appeared in May.The fatness of females showed a‘dual peaks’,the highest value(the first peak)appeared in October,and the second peak was in April of the following year.These results suggest that population monitoring should be strengthened in January,April,May,October and December.
