摘 要:在确定单桩极限承载力方面,单桩竖向抗压静载试验是目前最为准确、可靠的检验方法。工程预制桩的单桩竖向抗压静载试验采用锚桩反力装置时,提出了竹节桩因桩顶无法兰盘,无法通过焊接的方式进行连接的问题。通过对竹节桩的成桩工艺进行研究,采用高强螺栓快速连接技术安全高效地组装完锚桩反力装置,顺利完成了项目的桩基检测任务,达到了很好的技术及经济效果,得到了业主及施工各方的一致好评,对类似的桩基检测项目具有一定的参考价值。In determining the ultimate bearing capacity of a single pile,the vertical compressive static load test of a single pile is currently the most accurate and reliable inspection method.When using anchor pile reaction devices in the vertical compressive static load test of prefabricated engineering piles,the problem of bamboo joint piles being unable to be connected by welding due to the inability to flange the pile top was raised.By studying the pile forming process of bamboo joint piles and using high-strength bolt quick connection technology to assemble the anchor pile reaction device safely and efficiently,the project’s pile foundation testing task was successfully completed,achieving good technical and economic results.It has received unanimous praise from the owner and construction parties,and has certain reference value for similar pile foundation testing projects.
