抗剥落剂对SBS改性沥青性能影响研究

摘  要:以抗剥落剂为改性剂(掺量为0.2%,0.4%及0.6%),制备了BWH551/SBS复合改性沥青和LY/SBS复合改性沥青,测试了常规物理性能、流变性能及接触角。结果表明:随着BWH551型抗剥落剂掺量的增加,BWH551/SBS复合改性沥青的高低温性呈现出先增强后减弱的趋势。随着LY型抗剥落剂掺量的增大,LY/SBS复合改性沥青的高温性能先增强后减弱,低温性能持续增强,推荐BWH551和LY型抗剥落剂掺量分别为0.2%和0.4%。BWH551型抗剥落剂对提升SBS改性沥青抗水损害能力更有效。BWH551/SBS composite modified asphalt and LY/SBS composite modified asphalt were prepared using anti-stripping agents as modifiers(with dosages of 0.2%,0.4%and 0.6%).The conventional physical properties,rheological properties,and contact angle were tested.The results showed that with the increase of BWH551 anti-stripping agent dosage,the high and low-temperature properties of BWH551/SBS composite modified asphalt showed a trend of first strengthening and then weakening.With the increase of LY type anti-stripping agent dosage,the high-temperature performance of LY/SBS composite modified asphalt first enhanced and then weakened,and the low-temperature performance continues to enhanced.It was recommended that the dosage of BWH551 and LY type anti-stripping agent was 0.2%and 0.4%,respectively.BWH551 anti-stripping agent was more effective in enhancing the water damage resistance of SBS-modified asphalt.
