摘 要:依托广西某高速公路沥青路面专项养护项目试验段实施干法和湿法工艺的排水路面,对两种工艺的施工控制和应用效果进行了总结及评价。为保障排水路面的功能性与耐久性,首先对原材料指标展开控制,将SBS改性沥青如软化点、弹性恢复、储存稳定性等关键指标进行了提升,继而保证以此为基础改性的高黏沥青指标符合试验段重载高温多雨的环境特点;将表征细集料洁净程度的指标做出调整,以保证与改性沥青的黏附性,防止早期水损害的发生。在施工工艺方面对两种工艺的拌和时间和摊铺、碾压的温度、速率提出了控制条件。最后通过测试排水沥青混合料的路用性能和现场测试得出两种工艺的性能较为接近,但湿法下的路用性能因高黏剂分散均匀性更好略优于干法工艺。Based on the test section of a special maintenance project of asphalt pavement in Guangxi Province,the construction control and application effect of dry and wet process were summarized and evaluated.In order to ensure the functionality and durability of the drainage pavement,the raw material indexes were first controlled,and the key indexes of SBS modified asphalt such as softening point,elastic recovery and storage stability were improved,and then the indexes of high-viscosity asphalt modified on this basis were ensured to meet the environmental characteristics of heavy load,high temperature and rainy conditions in the test section.The index characterizing the cleanliness of fine aggregate was adjusted to ensure the adhesion with modified asphalt and prevent the occurrence of early water damage.In the aspect of construction technology,the control conditions of mixing time,temperature and speed of spreading and rolling were put forward.Finally,the road performance of the drainage asphalt mixture was tested and the field test showed that the performance of the two processes was similar,but the road performance of the wet method was slightly better than that of the dry process due to the better dispersion uniformity of the high viscosity.
