摘 要:斜拉桥施工监控主要目的是通过施工各阶段对梁体标高调整及斜拉索索力的调整来达到成桥后设计的几何线形及应力状态,以保证桥梁线形、内力符合设计、规范要求,同时确保桥梁施工中的结构安全。西一大桥全长578 m,主梁为120 m+120 m的预应力混凝土结构,桥塔为独塔双索面形式,对施工过程中主桥截面应力及索力进行监测,并对监测结果进行分析,为施工提供实测数据资料,出现异常及时纠偏、调整做到心中有数,使桥梁成桥后符合设计要求。结果显示:主梁底板最大应力为-14.73 MPa,主梁顶板最大应力为-9.76 MPa,主梁正截面抗压符合规范要求。主梁底板和顶板都出现局部拉应力,拉应力最大为0.40 MPa,满足截面抗裂要求;拉索中间施工误差为5%以内,终索力误差为2%以内,满足施工技术规范及设计要求。对西一大桥的监控分析方法,为类似桥梁监控提供借鉴。ThE-main purpose of cable stayed bridge construction monitoring is to achieve the geometric alignment and stress state designed after the completion of the bridge by adjusting the elevation of the beam and the tension of the cable stayed cable at each stage of construction,which ensures that the bridge alignment and internal forces meet the design and code requirements,while also ensuring structural safety during bridge construction.The Xiyi Bridge is 578 meters in total length,with a main beam structure of 120 m+120 m prestressed concrete.The bridge tower is in a single tower double cable stayed form.Stress and cable force of thE-main bridge section are monitored during construction,and the monitoring results are analyzed to provide real time data for construction.Any anomalies are promptly corrected and adjusted to ensure that the bridge meets design requirements upon completion.The results show that the maximum stress on the bottom plate of thE-main beam is-14.73 MPa,and the maximum stress on the top plate of thE-main beam is-9.76 MPa.The compressive strength of thE-main beam cross section meets the requirements of the specifications.Both the bottom plate and top plate of thE-main beam exhibit local tensile stress,with a maximum tensile stress of 0.40 MPa,meeting the requirements for section crack resistance;The middle construction error of the cable is within 5%,and the final cable force error is within 2%,meeting the construction technical specifications and design requirements.The monitoring analysis method for Xiyi Bridge provides reference for similar bridge monitoring.
