摘 要:高压电缆中间接头热点温度的实时感知对电缆安全运行及动态载流能力评估具有重要意义。以110 kV单芯电缆中间接头为研究对象,构建规则化中间接头温度场仿真模型及其有限元离散边界,建立基于热流等效的结构简化方法,采用单因子变化与正交组合方式分析材料参数分散性对中间接头温度轴向感知模型的拟合度及灵敏度的影响。研究表明,提出的规则化简化建模方法适用于不同型号与结构的中间接头温度轴向感知模型,对于结构、材料及现场工艺分散性具有较好的鲁棒性。The real-time sensing of the hot spot tempera-ture in the intermediate joint of high voltage cables is of great significance to the safe operation of the power cable and the evaluation of dynamic current carrying capacity.In this paper,we took the intermediate joint of 110 kV single core cable as the research object and constructed the regular joint temperature field simulation model and its finite element discrete boundary,and established the structure simplification method based on heat flow equivalent.The single factor variation and orthogonal combination method was used to analyze the influence of material parameter dispersion on the fitting degree and sensitivity of the intermediate joint temperature axial sensing model.The results show that the regular simplification modeling method proposed in this paper is suitable for the intermediate joint temperature axial sensing models of different types and structures,and it has good robustness to the structure,material and on-site craftsmanship dispersion.
