摘 要:钢管混凝土拱桥拱脚埋件构造复杂,基于其与预应力筋等结构出现位置冲突,为了研究钢管混凝土拱脚安装的合理工艺,以枞阳乌金渡大桥为依托,通过BIM模型分析、理论分析与工装设计相结合的方法,开展了钢管拱脚安装方法研究。通过精细化BIM模型分析,针对拱脚范围内构件相互冲突的问题提出了相应的解决方法。设计了钢管混凝土拱脚定位施工临时支架结构,灵活地满足了拱脚钢管定位安装的需求,实现了钢管埋件结构的快速安装。探索出钢管混凝土拱脚安装的新方法,很好地实现了乌金渡大桥的拱脚安装,也可为其他钢管混凝土拱桥施工提供参考。The structure of the embedded parts at the foot of the steel tube concrete arch bridge is complex,and due to the position conflict with the prestressed reinforcement and other structures,in order to study the reasonable installation process of the steel tube concrete arch foot,based on the Zongyang Wujindu Bridge,a combination of BIM model analysis,theoretical analysis,and fixture design method was carried out to study the installation method of the steel tube arch foot.Through refined BIM model analysis,corresponding solutions have been proposed to address the issue of component conflicts within the range of arch feet.A temporary support structure for the positioning and installation of steel pipe concrete arch feet has been designed,which flexibly meets the needs of steel pipe positioning and installation at the arch feet.The rapid installation of steel pipe embedded parts has been achieved,forming a method for installing steel pipe concrete arch feet.This has effectively achieved the installation of arch feet for the Wujindu Bridge and can also provide reference for the construction of other steel pipe concrete arch bridges.
