摘 要:国家的综合实力不仅取决于其军事和经济实力,还取决于高新技术水平,尤其是在飞机制造等领域。飞机装配技术水平的提升成为国家及相关部门的工作重点之一。然而,随着对飞机装配工作的要求越来越高,其实施难度也在增加。在这一背景下,如何利用数字化检测技术提高飞机装配的质量是相关人员需要思考的首要问题。以数字化检测技术为切入点,对其进行了基本概述,分析了将其应用于飞机装配中的优势,并介绍了飞机装配质量数字化检测技术的要点,提出了相关的应用策略。The comprehensive strength of a country depends not only on its military and economic strength,but also on its high-tech level,especially in areas such as aircraft manufacturing.The improvement of aircraft assembly technology has become one of the key focuses of the country and relevant departments.However,with the increasing demand for aircraft assembly work,the difficulty of its implementation is also increasing.In this context,how to use digital inspection technology to improve the quality of aircraft assembly is the primary issue that relevant personnel need to consider.Taking digital inspection technology as the starting point,this paper provides a basic overview,analyzes the advantages of applying it to aircraft assembly,introduces the key points of digital inspection technology for aircraft assembly quality,and proposes relevant application strategies.
