血府逐瘀汤联合腔内激光闭合术对下肢静脉曲张患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨血府逐瘀汤联合腔内激光闭合术对下肢静脉曲张患者的临床疗效。方法选取2021年2月至2022年3月于河北工程大学附属医院及邯郸市中医院就诊的140例下肢静脉曲张患者,按照入院顺序编号随机分组法分为对照组(n=70,行大隐静脉高位结扎+腔内激光闭合术)与治疗组(n=70,在对照组基础上予血府逐瘀汤治疗)。比较两组患者的临床疗效,术后瘀斑、肢体疼痛、肿胀消失时间,治疗满意度及并发症发生情况。结果治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者术后瘀斑、肢体疼痛、肢体肿胀消失时间均明显短于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组患者治疗满意度高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤联合腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张患者能够明显改善患者术后瘀斑、肢体疼痛、肿胀等症状,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的治疗满意度,临床疗效较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of xuefu zhuyu decoction combined with intracavitary laser closure on patients with lower extremity varicose veins.Method A total of 140 patients with lower extremity varicose veins treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Engineering University and Handan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=70,treated with high saphenous vein ligation and intracavity laser closure)and treatment group(n=70,treated with xuefu zhuyu decoction on the basis of control group)according to the sequence of admission.The clinical efficacy,the time of removal of ecchymosis,limb pain and swelling,treatment satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The disappearance time of ecchymosis,limb pain and swelling in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefu zhuyu decoction combined with endoluminal laser closure in the treatment of patients with lower extremity varicose veins can obviously improve postoperative ecchymosis,limb pain,swelling and other symptoms,reduce the occurrence rate of complication,improve treatment satisfaction,and has a good clinical effect.
