无水乙醇联合平阳霉素介入治疗颈面部淋巴管畸形的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨无水乙醇联合平阳霉素介入治疗颈面部囊性淋巴管病损(CLM)的临床疗效。方法 收集2020年1月至2021年6月西安国际医学中心医院收治的23例颈面部CLM患者的临床资料,按照病例对照方法将其为对照组(n=9,采用平阳霉素单药治疗)与观察组(n=14,采用无水乙醇联合平阳霉素治疗),比较两组患者的并发症发生情况及临床疗效评分。结果 观察组患者轻度并发症发生次数、临床治疗效果评分分别为(2.4±0.9)次、(3.7±1.0)分,均略高于对照组患者的(1.8±0.8)次、(3.0±0.7)分,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 无水乙醇联合平阳霉素介入治疗颈面部CLM并发症次数、治疗效果与平阳霉素单药治疗相似,可作为一种安全有效的治疗方式。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of absolute ethanol combined with pingyangmycin in the treatment of cervical and facial cystic lymphatic lesions(CLM).Method Clinical data of 23 patients with cervical and facial CLM admitted to Xi'an International Medical Center Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were collected and divided into control group(n=9,treated with pingyangmycin monotherapy)and observation group(n=14,treated with absolute ethanol combined with pingyangmycin)according to case control method.The incidence of complications and clinical efficacy scores were compared between the two groups.Result The frequency of mild complications and the clinical therapeutic effect scores in the observation group were(2.4±0.9)times and(3.7±1.0)points,respectively,which were slightly higher than those in the control group(1.8±0.8)times and(3.0±0.7)points,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Absolute ethanol combined with pingyangmycin interventional treatment of cervical and facial CLM complications,the therapeutic effect is similar to that of pingyangmycin monotherapy,and can be used as a safe and effective treatment.
