摘 要:采用等规聚丙烯(iPP)为粉料、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)为接枝单体、苯乙烯(St)为共聚单体,使用双螺杆挤出机熔融接枝制备无凝胶的高熔体强度聚丙烯(HMSPP)。傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)的结果表明单体已成功接枝在聚丙烯分子链上。差示扫描量热仪(DSC)的分析结果表明HMSPP结晶温度提高了11.8℃。流变测试结果显示,HMSPP可呈现明显的剪切稀化现象,并具有更长的松弛时间和更低的损耗因子,充分证明了长支链结构的存在。与iPP相比,HMSPP的熔体强度从0.03 N提高到0.37 N,同时其冲击强度、拉伸强度和弯曲模量分别提高了89.1%、17.5%、42.6%。Using isotactic polypropylene(iPP)as the powder,benzoyl peroxide(BPO)as the initiator,trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA)as the graft monomer,styrene(St)as the co-monomer,the high melt strength polypropylene(HMSPP)without gels was prepared by a twin-screw extruder.The results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and gel permeation chromatography(GPC)indicate that the monomers have been successfully grafted onto the polypropylene molecular chains.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)results show that the crystallization temperature of HMSPP increases by 11.8℃.The rheological test results show that the HMSPP exhibits significant shear thinning phenomenon with a longer relaxation time and a lower loss factor,proving the presence of long branched structures.Compared with iPP,the melt strength of HMSPP increases from 0.03 N to 0.37 N,while its impact strength,tensile strength and flexural modulus increase by 89.1%,17.5%and 42.6%,respectively.
