摘　　要：本文介绍了一种基于紫金桥监控组态软件和罗斯蒙特质量流量计的计量装车系统,该系统应用于丙酮氰醇的销售过程,提高了装车的速度、精度和安全性,同时降低了系统的复杂性和成本,增加了工作效率。首先介绍计量装车系统的组成,包括质量流量计、操作站、加密锁和监控软件等部分;然后介绍系统的组态和运行,包括设备、点、窗口的创建,以及装车流程的操作和管理;最后,总结了计量装车系统的优点和实际运行效果,证明了该系统的可行性和有效性。本文的研究对于其他类似的计量装车系统也有一定的借鉴意义。This paper presents a metering loading system based on Zijin Bridge monitoring configuration software and Rosemount mass flowmeter for the sales process of acetone cyanohydrin.The system enhances the speed,accuracy and safety of loading,while reducing the complexity and cost of the system,and increasing the work efficiency.The paper first introduces the components of the metering loading system,including mass flowmeter,operation station,encryption lock and monitoring software.Then,it introduces the configuration and operation of the system,including the creation of devices,points and windows,and the operation and management of the loading process.Finally,it summarizes the advantages and practical running effects of the metering loading system,and proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.The research of this paper has some reference significance for other similar metering loading systems.
