中药煎服法对药物气味影响探析

摘  要:文章首先论述了对药物气味的认识,然后选取《伤寒论》《金匮要略》及《温病条辨》中经典条文和王孟英、张锡纯及傅元谋验案中的煎服法,探析中药煎服法对药物气味的影响,提出中药煎服法应以病机为指导,急煎重在用气,久煎重在用味。认为中医名家重视煎服法与药物气味的联系,切中病机实质,从而提高临床疗效。The article first discussed the understanding of drugs'nature and flavor.Then the classic articles in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,Synopsis of Golden Chamber,Wen Bing Tiao Bian,and experience cases of Wang Mengying,Zhang Xichun,and Fu Yuanmou were selected to analyze the influence of the decocting and administrating method on drugs'nature and flavor.It was proposed that the Chinese medicine decoction should be guided by the pathogenesis.The urgent decoction focused on the use of nature,while the long-term decoction focused on the use of flavor.It was believed that famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)experts attached importance to the connection between the decocting and administrating method and the drugs'nature and flavor,and cut the essence of the pathogenesis,to improve the clinical efficacy.
