摘　　要：目的探讨分析基于罗伊适应模式的护理干预结合个性化皮瓣护理在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤皮瓣移植术后的应用价值。方法于2020.9~2023.9期间,选取我院收治的口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤皮瓣移植术后患者90例,根据护理方式的差异分2组,对照组(常规护理)和观察组(基于罗伊适应模式的护理干预结合个性化皮瓣护理)各45例,对照分析两组干预情况。结果与对照组并发症发生率相比,观察组明显更低(P<0.05);与对照组干预后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分相比,观察组明显更高(P<0.05);与对照组满意度相比,观察组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论基于罗伊适应模式的护理干预结合个性化皮瓣护理用于口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤皮瓣移植术后患者护理中有助于降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者心理状态,提高其生活质量及护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore and analyze the application value of nursing intervention based on Roy's adaptation model combined with personalized skin flap care in the postoperative treatment of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor skin flap transplantation Methods From September2020 to September 2023,90 patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors who underwent skin flap transplantation in our hospital were selected.According to the differences in nursing methods,they were divided into two groups:a control group(conventional nursing)and an observation group(nursing intervention based on Roy's adaptation mode combined with personalized skin flap nursing),with 45 cases in each group.The intervention situation of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher health survey scores(SF-36)after intervention(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on Roy's adaptation model combined with personalized skin flap nursing can help reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the psychological state of patients,and enhance their quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the care of patients after oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor skin flap transplantation.It is worth promoting.
