摘 要:在现代外科中,用于骨修复的生物可降解骨移植材料引起了人们极大的兴趣。继磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)之后,磷酸镁骨水泥(MPC)因其具备良好的理化性能、生物相容性、骨诱导性以及本征抗菌性,已日益成为一种极具发展前景的新型骨替代材料。此文的目的是介绍MPC及其复合物的特性和最新应用研究,重点关注MPC的理化和生物学性能、近年来文献中描述的针对不同临床目的而制备的MPC复合物以及在体内外实验中的最新进展。这将有助于展示MPC作为一种新型骨替代材料在实际应用中取得的重要成果,并对该种骨修复材料的临床应用前景进行了展望。Biodegradable bone graft materials for bone repair have attracted great interest in modem surgery.After calcium phosphate bone cement(CPC),magnesium phosphate bone cement(MPC)has increasingly become a promising new bone substitute material due to its favorable physicochemical properties,biocompatibility,osteoinductivity,and intrinsicantibacterial property.The purpose of this paper is to introduce the properties and latest applied research of MPC and its complexes,with a focus on the physicochemical and biological properties of MPC,the novel MPC complexes prepared for different clinical purposes described in the literature in recent years,and the latest advances in in vitro and in vivo experiments.This will help to demonstrate the promising results of MPC as a novel bone substitute material in practical applications,and the clinical application prospect of the bone repair material was also prospected.
