水流作用下混凝土表面剪切力及其冲磨特性的试验研究

摘  要:为了获得水流作用下混凝土表面剪切力和抗冲磨强度的变化规律,以水泥砂浆替代混凝土,设计制备环形试件作为研究对象,将一部分试件浸入1 mol/L的氯化铵溶液浸泡,以得到表层具有不同溶蚀程度的环形试件,再利用自主设计的水流冲刷试验装置,开展试件在不同条件下的水流冲刷试验,分析水流流速、含砂率和溶蚀程度等参数对试件表面剪切力的影响以及试件抗冲磨强度的变化。结果表明:水泥砂浆试件表面剪切力随流速和含砂率的增大而增大,且与流速的1.70次方成正比;溶蚀后试件的表面剪切力比未溶蚀试件有明显增加,随着溶蚀程度的提高,试件表面剪切力也有一定增加;试件抗冲磨强度随着溶蚀程度和冲刷流速的增大而降低。To obtain the variation law of the surface shear force and abrasion resistance of the concrete under the action of water flow,the cement mortar was used to replace the concrete,and the annular specimens were designed and prepared as the research object.Parts of the specimens were immersed in 1 mol/L ammonium chloride solution to obtain annular specimens with different degrees of corrosion on the surface and then used the self-designed water flow scouring test device to carry out water flow scouring experiments of the specimen under different conditions,to analyze the influence of parameters such as water flow velocity,sand content and surface dissolution degree on the surface shear force of the specimen and the change of the abrasion resistance of the specimen.The results indicated that the surface shear force of the specimen increased with the increase of the flow rate and the sand content,and was proportional to the 1.70 power of the flow rate.The surface shear force of the specimen after dissolution had a significant increase compared with that of the undissolved specimen,and with the increase of the degree of dissolution,the surface shear force of the specimen also increased to a certain extent.The abrasion resistance of the specimens reduced with the increase of the dissolution degree and scouring velocity.
