摘　　要：老道外中华巴洛克历史街区是哈尔滨历史文化的重要组成部分。结合街区现状、存在问题,探析历史文化街区保护与利用策略,以期寻找老道外中华巴洛克历史街区全部腾退改造之外的可能性。The Old Daowai Chinese Baroque Historic District is a significant component of Harbin’s history and cul-ture.Combined with the current situation and existing problems of the district,the protection and utilization strategies of the historic district are analyzed,to find alternative possibilities for the Old Daowai Chinese Ba-roque Historic District besides the complete relocation and transformation.
