摘  要:针对一体化座舱盖试飞中出现的光学重影故障,分析了复杂座舱盖外形导致座舱产生光学重影的故障机理,采用CATIA二次开发技术,对座舱盖光学重影的仿真技术进行了探索性研究,开发了光学重影专用仿真模块,解决了飞机飞行中座舱盖光学重影问题。本文为座舱盖透明件光学重影的设计和透明件外形优化提供了一种快速分析、迭代的工具,其方法和结论可以用于飞机方案及初步设计阶段,对座舱盖透明件光学性能进行有效的分析和评估,缩短研制周期,降低研制的风险。In response to the optical ghosting failure of the integrated canopy during flight test,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the optical ghosting failure caused by complex canopy shape,using CATIA secondary development technique,the explorative study of simulation technology for canopy optical ghosting failure is made,and developes a special optical ghosting simulation module to solve the aircraft canopy optical ghosting failure in flight.This paper provides a rapid and iterative tool for the design of optical ghosting of transparent parts and the optimization of the appearance of transparent parts.The method and conclusion can be used in the aircraft scheme and preliminary design stage to effectively analyze and evaluate the optical properties of transparent parts to shorten the development cycle and reduce the risk of development.
