摘 要:近年来生物柴油产业发展迅速,生物柴油已成为化石燃料的重要添加燃料和替代燃料,具有较好的减排CO_(2)作用。本文通过对生物柴油产业发展现状和工艺演进的总结归纳,对生物柴油的迭代产品进行了能量转换效率和热力学过程的能量分析,探讨了生产过程中的最佳产业路径;结合我国产业发展现状和油料作物种植状况,提出发挥我国土地面积优势和高油酸植物的规模化种植以加快发展生物柴油产业,使生物柴油产业能够成为我国碳达峰和碳中和战略的重要组成部分,为生物柴油产业的市场化和规模化发展提供有益参考和理论支撑。The biodiesel industry has developed rapidly in recent years,and biodiesel has become an important additive and alternative fuel for fossil fuels,with a good effect on reducing CO,emissions.This article summarizes the development status and process evolution of the biodiesel industry,analyzes the energy conversion efficiency and thermodynamic process of the iterative products of biodiesel,and explores the optimal industrial path of the biomass to oil industry in the biodiesel production process;based on the current development status of biodiesel in China and the cultivation status of oil crops,it is proposed to leverage the advantages of land area and the large-scale cultivation of high oleic acid plants to rapidly develop China's biodiesel industry.This will enable the biodiesel industry to become an important component of China's carbon peak and carbon neutrality,provide useful references and theoretical support for the market-oriented and large-scale development of biodiesel industry.
