摘 要:目的探讨IFIR-FIESTA进行肾动脉血管成像在临床应用方面的可行性。方法采用3.0T和1.5T超导磁共振仪,对临床怀疑肾动脉病变的60例患者分别进行肾动脉IFIR-FIESTA检查和CE-MRA检查,采用VR、MPR和MIP进行图像重组。由2名医师对2组肾动脉的图像质量以及分支显示情况等进行分析评分并记录结果。结果IFIR-FIESTA组在图像质量、肾动脉分支显示情况均优于CE-MRA组,但2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用IFIR-FIESTA技术进行肾动脉成像与CE-MRA一致性好,在临床应用上是可行的。Objective To investigate the feasibility of clinical application of IFIR-FIESTA in renal artery angiography.Methods 60 patients with clinical suspected renal artery lesions were examined by IFIR-FIESTA and CE-MRA respectively with 3.0T and 1.5T superconducting magnetic resonance apparatus,and images were reconstructed by VR,MPR and MIP.The image quality and branch display of renal arteries in two groups were analyzed and scored by two physicians,and the results were recorded.Results The image quality and branch display of renal artery of the IFIR-FIESTA group were better than those of the CE-MRA group,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The renal artery imaging using IFIR-FIESTA technology is in good agreement with CE-MRA,which is feasible in clinical application.
