领军企业创新链中联盟组合的构建机制研究——以华为5G技术研发为例

摘　　要：以华为5G技术研发为案例研究对象,探究领军企业创新链中联盟组合的构建机制。研究表明:领军企业在创新链不同阶段的创新目标导向下,采用了科技外交家、创新研究计划、定向精准邀约、产业生态合作的差异化联结方式,与不同成员建构了“研发导向-无耦合”“研发导向-松散耦合”“研发导向-紧密耦合”和“商业导向-紧密耦合”等多元耦合结构的联盟组合。Taking HUAWEI 5G technology as an example,the mechanism of alliance portfolio in the innovation chain of leading enterprises is constructed.This study has the following conclusions:based on the innovation goal of different stages of the innovation chain,the leading enterprise adopts different ways to construct the alliance portfolio with different structures.The construction mechanisms of the alliance portfolio include science and technology diplomat,innovative research plan,directional invitation,and ecological industry cooperation.The structures of the alliance portfolio contain“R&D oriented-decoupling”,“R&D oriented-loose coupling”,“R&D oriented-tight coupling”,and“business oriented-tight coupling”.
