摘　　要：在国家政策的支持和引导下,越来越多的供电设计企业在开展电力工程总承包。通过对供电设计企业总承包业务及市场的调查研究,经过优势、劣势、机会及威胁的分析,探讨国内供电设计企业发展总承包业务的思路及对策。With the support and guidance of national policies,more and more power supply design enterprises are carrying out power engineering general contracting.This article intends to conduct a survey and research on the general contracting business and market of power supply design enterprises.Through the analysis of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats,it explores the ideas and countermeasures for domestic power supply design enterprises to develop general contracting business.
