摘  要:对某30CrMnSiNi2A肩轴零件的热处理工艺进行分析,采取真空油冷淬火代替以往的硝盐等温淬火,并结合生产中出现的问题,针对性的采取改进措施。通过热处理前增加去应力回火、淬火油温加热到50~90℃和不搅拌冷却,减少了肩轴的热处理变形;采用压力可控的压力机,明确了对变形肩轴的热校规范,避免了反复校正;通过在肩轴零件上切取硬度测量试样,避免因肩轴尺寸过大引起的操作不当导致硬度测量值不准确的问题,确保了肩轴零件热处理质量的稳定性。The heat treatment process of a 30CrMnSiNi2A shoulder shaft was analyzed,vacuum oil cooling quenching was used to replace the previous nitrate isothermal quenching,and some measures were taken according to the problems in production.By adding stress relieving tempering before heat treatment,heating the quenching oil to 50-90℃and cooling without stirring,the heat treatment deformation of the shoulder shaft was reduced.Using a pressure controlled press,clarified the thermal calibration specifications for the deformed shoulder shaft,avoiding repeated calibration.By cutting hardness test sample on the shoulder shaft parts after heat treatment,the problem of inaccurate hardness measurement values caused by improper operation due to excessive shoulder shaft size was avoided.The stability of heat treatment quality of shoulder shaft parts was ensured.
