摘 要:在电站锅炉高温高压部件(管道)制造过程中,去应力退火是产品焊接和弯制后的必要工序。部分合金钢在去应力退火过程中会产生氧化皮,进而减弱产品的油漆涂装效果和损害防腐质量。通过对比工件在不同表面状态、热处理温度和时间以及热处理气氛下的试验结果,分析了氧化皮的成因,并提出了减少氧化皮生成的预防措施。根据工程实践,重点就氧化皮的处置提出7种方法使产品质量达到相关标准要求,并从成本、效率和环保性3个方面进行了对比,为不同结构产品的氧化皮的处置提供了借鉴经验。In the manufacturing process of high temperature and pressure parts(pipes)of power station boiler,stress relief annealing was a necessary process after welding and bending of products.In the process of stress relief annealing,oxide scales would be produced inevitably on the surface of some alloy steel materials,which would weaken the coating effect and impair the anti-corrosion quality of products.By comparing the experimental results of different surface states of the workpiece,heat treatment temperature and time and heat treatment atmospheres,the reasons for the formation of oxide scales were analyzed,and prevention measures to reduce the formation of oxide scales were proposed.According to the engineering practice,seven measures were proposed for the disposal of oxide scales to ensure the product quality meet the relevant standards,and compared from three aspccts of the cost,efficiency and environmental protection property,providing experience and reference for the disposal of oxide scales in products with different structural.
