摘  要:针对农村地区水资源、水环境问题,基于二元水循环理论,从自然和社会两方面系统分析了农村不同类型的水量变化规律,构建农村水资源平衡模型和农村水量计算模型。水平衡模型梳理了农村地区水资源变化规律,水量计算模型构建了不同类型水量的计算方法。利用研究区域内气象、土壤及调研数据对山西中部某典型村庄水资源量进行核算,验证水资源平衡模型的科学性。经核算,水资源平衡模型误差为3.12%,能较好地反映农村水资源输入与输出之间的关系,自然作用力下输入和输出水量占比分别为60.72%、95.27%,有更强的“自然”属性,可为提高农村地区水资源利用效率、优化农村水资源配置,解决系统性水资源问题等提供理论支持。The problems of water resources and water environment in rural areas are widely concerned.Based on the law of dualistic water cycle,this paper systematically analyzes the change laws of different types of water in rural areas from natural and social,and constructs the rural water balance model and rural water quantity calculation model.The water balance model summarizes the change law of water resources in rural areas,and the water calculation model is used to construct the calculation methods of different types of water.The amount of water resources in a typical village in Central Shanxi was calculated by using the meteorological,soil and survey data to verify the scientificity of the water balance model.The error of water resources balance model is 3.12%,which can better reflect the relationship between the input and output of rural water resources,and the proportion of water input and output under natural force is 60.72%and 95.27%respectively,which has a stronger"natural"attribute.It can provide theoretical support for improving the efficiency of water resources utilization in rural areas,optimizing the allocation of rural water resources,and solving systemic water resources problems.
