摘 要:在抽水蓄能电站建设爆发式增长背景下,迫切需要在提高产品设计质量的同时提高设计效率。因此,基于3DEXPERIENCE平台,探究一套可行的抽水蓄能电站枢纽三维快速协同设计方法,并结合某抽水蓄能电站进行了实际应用。首先总结专业基础知识,构建抽水蓄能电站水工结构标准构件库;其次采用自顶向下的骨架模型驱动方式,各专业间协同设计,快速形成不同的设计方案,为方案对比分析提供依据。基于该方法,某抽水蓄能电站的优化设计方案最大坝高降低10余米,整体工程投资降低1.4亿元,表明所探索的从原始地形处理到方案快速设计,最终完成方案对比分析的抽蓄电站枢纽三维快速协同设计方法,可为抽水蓄能电站的建设提供设计参考。Under the background of the explosive growth of pumped storage power station construction,it is urgent to improve the design efficiency while improving the quality of product design.Based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform,this paper explores a feasible three-dimensional forward rapid collaborative design method for pumped storage power stations,and applies it to a pumped storage power station.Firstly,the standard component library of hydraulic structure of pumped storage power station is constructed by summarizing the professional basic knowledge.Secondly,using top-down skeleton model-driven method under the collaborative design among various specialties can quickly form different design schemes and provide a basis for comparative analysis of schemes.Based on this method,the maximum dam height of the optimized design scheme of a pumped storage power station is reduced by more than 10 m,and the overall project investment is reduced by 140 million yuan.The three-dimensional forward collaborative rapid design method of pumped storage power station explored in this paper from original terrain processing to rapid design of scheme completes the comparative analysis of schemes,which can provide design reference for the construction of pumped storage power station.
