摘 要:为研究高扬程泵站虹吸式出水流道虹吸形成过程,以某高扬程泵站的出水流道及出水池为研究对象,建立三维模型并使用Fluent仿真计算了虹吸管流态变化。针对3种出水池水位使用VOF模型计算其压力、流速等参数。驼峰段原角度为段前150°、段后160°,在虹吸段顶端使用DN350的真空破坏阀,同时改变驼峰段角度进行优化,发现将段前角度增加10°后,虹吸形成时间为448 s,相较于优化前缩短了56 s,改善了泵启动过程。分析发现,不同水位下虹吸形成时压力分布较为均匀;水位较低时流速分布不均,不良流态产生,低水位造成的负面影响远大于高水位;在驼峰段安装DN350真空阀能减小水力损失,对虹吸形成过程起到促进作用;真空阀会影响经典断面处流速分布,产生高流速区,出水池水位较低时,该现象使得流速分布不均。To study the siphon formation process of siphon outlet in high lift pump station,taking the outlet channel and outlet pool of a high lift pump station as the research object,the three-dimensional model was established to the simulate siphon flow change by using Fluent.The VOF model was used to calculate the pressure,flow rate and other parameters of the three outlet water levels.The original angle of the hump segment was 150°at the front and 160°at the back.The vacuum failure valve of DN350 was used at the top of the siphon segment,and the angle of the hump segment was changed for optimization.It was found that after increasing the angle of the front segment by 10°,the siphon formation time was 448 s,which was 56 s shorter than that before optimization,and the starting process of the pump was improved.It is found that the pressure distribution of siphon formation at different water levels is more uniform.When the water level is low,the flow velocity is unevenly distributed and bad flow pattern is generated.The negative influence of low water level is much greater than that of high water level.Installing DN350 vacuum valve in hump section can reduce hydraulic loss,which promotes siphon formation.The vacuum valve will affect the flow velocity distribution at the typical section,resulting in a high flow velocity zone.When the water level of the outlet pool is low,this phenomenon will cause uneven flow velocity distribution.
