摘 要:为了使胚培养技术在辣椒育种中得到很好的应用,促进辣椒品种选育工作,总结了胚培养技术在辣椒中的应用现状,包括挽救辣椒胚败育、缩短育种周期、快速鉴定种子活力、为分子育种提供优良外植体等方面;并综述了影响辣椒胚培养技术应用效果的胚龄、基因型、基础培养基、植物生长调节剂、种皮处理及其他添加物等关键因素的研究进展,发现目前在辣椒选育中采用胚培养技术解决远缘杂交胚败育问题的应用较少,建议加强胚培养技术在辣椒胚败育及种间杂交不亲和性研究中的应用,进而加速培育优良的辣椒品种。In order to apply embryo culture technology well in pepper breeding and promote the breeding of pepper varieties,the application status of embryo culture technology in peppers was summarized,including rescuing pepper embryo abortion,shortening breeding cycles,rapid identification of seed vitality,providing excellent explants for molecular breeding and so on.And the research progress on key factors affecting pepper embryo culture,such as embryo age,genotype,basic culture medium,plant growth regulators,episperm treatment and other additives were reviewed.It was found that there were relatively few applications of embryo culture technology in pepper breeding to solve the problem of distant hybrid embryo abortion.It was recommended to strengthen the research of application of embryo culture technology in pepper embryo abortion and interspecies hybridization incompatibility,in order to accelerate the cultivation of excellent pepper varieties.
