摘　　要：本文介绍近年来利用以甾醇脱氢酶为核心元件的生物合成法制备熊去氧胆酸的研究进展,并提出了该技术进一步发展所面临的挑战和未来的研究方向,旨在为熊去氧胆酸的生物合成研究提供参考。The research progress in the biosynthesis of ursodeoxycholic acid with hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase as the core element in recent years is reviewed,and the challenges and future research directions for further development of this technology are proposeed,aiming to provide reference for the ursodeoxycholic acid biosynthesis.
