摘　　要：目的探讨不同方法治疗产后早期膀胱膨出的临床效果。方法选取160例产后早期膀胱膨出患者为研究对象,随机分为4组,各40例,分别采用电刺激生物反馈疗法(ESBF)、ESBF联合电针、ESBF联合康复手法、电针治疗,比较4组治疗前后膀胱颈移动度、膀胱后角相关数据及盆底肌肌力值。结果治疗后,各组膀胱颈移动度、静息期膀胱后角、压力期膀胱后角小于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,各组1类肌纤维持续60s阴道收缩时的平均肌电位、2类肌纤维快速阴道收缩5次的最大肌电位大于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ESBF联合电针治疗产后早期膀胱膨出效果最佳,可作为首选方法。Objective To explore the clinical effects of different methods for treating early postpartum bladder prolapse.Methods 160 patients with early postpartum bladder protrusion were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into 4 groups,each with 40 cases.They were treated with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy(ESBF),ESBF combined with electroacupuncture,ESBF combined with rehabilitation techniques,and electroacupuncture.The bladder neck movement,bladder posterior angle related data,and pelvic floor muscle strength values were compared before and after treatment in the 4 groups.Results After treatment,the bladder neck mobility,resting bladder posterior angle,and pressure bladder posterior angle in each group were smaller than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the average muscle potential of class 1 muscle fibers during continuous vaginal contractions for 60 seconds and the maximum muscle potential of class 2 muscle fibers during rapid vaginal contractions for 5 times were higher than before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion ESBF combined with electroacupuncture has the best therapeutic effect on early postpartum bladder prolapse and can be used as the preferred method.
