中药熏蒸治疗产后身痛的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析中药熏蒸治疗产后身痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取本院70例产后身痛产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组予以常规治疗,中药组予以中药熏蒸治疗,比较两组产后身痛缓解时间、视觉模拟评分、治疗总有效率及不良反应。结果中药组产后身痛缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,中药组视觉模拟评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);中药组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的74.29%(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药熏蒸对于产后身痛的治疗效果确切,可有效缓解疼痛,减轻产妇不良情绪,且安全性高,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in treating postpartum body pain.Methods 70 postpartum women with body pain in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the traditional Chinese medicine group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment.The postpartum pain relief time,visual simulation score,total effective rate of treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The relief time of postpartum body pain in the traditional Chinese medicine group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the visual simulation score of the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 94.29%,which was higher than the control group's 74.29%(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has a definite therapeutic effect on postpartum body pain,can effectively alleviate pain,alleviate adverse emotions in parturients,and has high safety,which is worth promoting.
