针刺与阿扎司琼治疗减轻宫腔镜术后恶心呕吐的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺与阿扎司琼治疗减轻宫腔镜术后恶心呕吐的效果。方法选取本院50例宫腔镜手术患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各25例。一组接受阿扎司琼治疗(阿扎司琼组),另一组接受针刺治疗(针刺组),比较两组的恶心呕吐症状、不良反应和疼痛评分。结果阿扎司琼组恶心症状评分低于针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但呕吐症状评分两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组过敏反应、局部反应评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),阿扎司琼组其他不良反应评分低于针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后4h8h、12h、24h视觉模拟评分量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺治疗在减轻宫腔镜手术后恶心呕吐症状方面与阿扎司琼效果相当,建议未来扩大样本规模和延长观察时间,以更全面评估两种治疗方法的效果和安全性,优化综合治疗策略。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and azasetron treatment on reducing postoperative nausea and vomiting after hysteroscopy.Methods 50 patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.One group received azasetron treatment(azasetron group),and the other group received acupuncture treatment(acupuncture group).The nausea and vomiting symptoms,adverse reactions,and pain scores of the two groups were compared.Results The nausea symptom score of the azasetron group was lower than that of the acupuncture group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in vomiting symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in allergic reaction and local reaction scores between the two groups(P>0.05),the scores of other adverse reactions in the azasetron group were lower than those in the acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the visual analogue scale between the two groups at 4,8,12,and 24 hours after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment is equivalent to azasetron in reducing nausea and vomiting symptoms after hysteroscopic surgery.It is recommended to expand the sample size and extend the observation time in the future to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the two treatment methods,and optimize the comprehensive treatment strategy.
