左氧氟沙星联合丹黄祛瘀胶囊对慢性盆腔炎临床症状及炎症因子的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨左氧氟沙星联合丹黄祛瘀胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取本院52例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各26例。对照组予以左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组予以左氧氟沙星联合丹黄祛瘀胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及炎症因子水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6、C-反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性盆腔炎患者实施左氧氟沙星联合丹黄祛瘀胶囊治疗,能够取得更为确切的疗效,可有效抑制炎性因子水平,具有应用与推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin combined with Danhuang Quyu capsules in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 52 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,while the study group was treated with levofloxacin combined with Danhuang Quyu capsules.The therapeutic effects and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.15%,which was higher than the control group's 76.92%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the study group treated with interleukin-1β、Interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-a The level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of levofloxacin and Danhuang Quyu capsules can achieve more precise therapeutic effects on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,effectively inhibit the level of inflammatory factors,and have application and promotion value.
