摘　　要：目的探讨卡贝缩宫素联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法选取本院80例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用缩宫素预防产后出血,联合组采用卡贝缩宫素联合缩宫素预防产后出血,比较两组的产后出血发生情况、缩宫素用量及不良反应发生情况。结果两组产后出血发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组剖宫产术后2h、术后24h出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组剖宫产术后24h缩宫素使用量少于对照组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率为7.5%,低于对照组的27.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡贝缩宫素联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血,能减少剖宫产术后出血量及术后24h缩宫素用量,降低宫产术后产妇水钠潴留的发生风险,值得推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of combined use of cabetocin and oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 80 cesarean section women in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage,while the combination group was treated with cabe oxytocin combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,dosage of oxytocin,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups(P>0.05);The bleeding volume at 2 hours and 24 hours after cesarean section in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The amount of oxytocin used in the combined group 24 hours after cesarean section was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was 7.5%,lower than the control group's 27.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carbetine combined with oxytocin can prevent postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section,reduce the amount of bleeding after cesarean section and the amount of oxytocin 24 hours after operation,and reduce the risk of water and sodium retention of puerpera after cesarean section,which is worth promotion and application.
