自拟中药汤方治疗产后腹痛的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟中药汤方治疗产后腹痛的效果。方法选取本院40例产后腹痛患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各20例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上采用自拟中药汤方进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、疼痛程度、中医证候积分、恶露排出情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);产后24h、产后48h、产后72h,研究组视觉模拟评分量表得分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组阴道出血、小腹疼痛、恶露有块积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组恶露持续时间短于对照组,产后1d、产后3d、产后7d恶露排出量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药汤方治疗产后腹痛,效果显著,能明显改善患者的疼痛程度、中医证候积分,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction on postpartum abdominal pain.Methods 40 patients with postpartum abdominal pain in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the study group received self formulated traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treatment on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment effects,pain level,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and lochia discharge were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than the 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05);At 24 hours postpartum,48 hours postpartum,and 72 hours postpartum,the scores of the visual simulation scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the study group had lower scores for vaginal bleeding,lower abdominal pain,and lochia lumps compared to the control group(P<0.05);The duration of lochia in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of lochia excreted on day 1,day 3,and day 7 postpartum was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self formulated traditional Chinese medicine decoction has a significant effect on treating postpartum abdominal pain,and can significantly improve the pain level and TCM syndrome score of patients.It is worth promoting.
